Ancient valley Ranch Bulletproof Coffee, Buckling, polled
SOLD

Ingredients:

1-2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil or MCT

2 Tbsp. Grass Fed Butter (Kerry Gold)

2 Cups of Coffee (Black, preferably organic/fair trade)

1 Tbsp. Heavy Whipping Cream

1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Cocoa Powder can be subbed out for other flavor combinations. Try cinnamon/pureed pumpkin for a fall treat! (PUMPKIN SPICE YALL)

(optional) Small amount of liquid sweetener. I don't prefer the extra sugary taste, as this is already rich, frothy, and satisfying.

Instructions:

Have a blender on deck! Pour 2 cups hot water in your blender while coffee is brewing. This will heat your blender up and help your drink retain more heat once you've added other ingredients.

Once coffee is brewed, be sure to empty the water from your blender. Pour in coffee and the rest of your ingredients. Blend until nice and frothy. Makes one big serving (travel mug size) or 2 smaller servings (2 mugs- great for sharing!)

Additional great idea: Pre-mix your added ingredients (Oil, Butter, Cream, etc.) Pour into silicon ice cube tray. For days when you're short on time just put your coffee in the blender and pull a cube or 2 from the freezer. So easy!
